Appellate Victory: U.S. 6th Circuit Upholds Denial of Class Certification
In another victory for Volkswagen Group of America and other defendants in the OnStar class-action litigation, the U.S. 6th Circuit Court of Appeals has denied a Rule 23(f) interlocutory appeal by plaintiffs, upholding the lower court’s ruling denying class certification. The team of Patrick Seyferth and Moheeb Murray from BSP and Daniel Gsovski from Herzfeld & Rubin represented Volkswagen Group of America.
