11.2.17 – Partner Patrick Seyferth Speaks at ITS World Congress 2017

ITS World Congress was hosted October 29-November 2 in Montreal, Canada. Partner Patrick Seyferth along with Tom Mangenello of Warner Norcross & Judd LLP, Emily Frascaroli of Ford Motor Company, and James Derian of Delphi Automotive Systems presented “Allocation of Liability in Car Crashes of the Future.” They touched on everything from liability in a crash with autonomous vehicles to advanced in-cabin technologies to help keep drivers alert even when using semi-autonomous technologies.
