5.17.18 – BSP Moderates OCBA’s May It Please the Court: Navigating the Business Court

On May 17, the Oakland County Bar Association (OCBA) hosted their annual May It Please the Court event. This year’s event took place at Emagine Theatre in Royal Oak and featured The Honorable James M. Alexander of the Oakland County Circuit Court, The Honorable Wendy L. Potts of the Oakland County Circuit Court, The Honorable Kathryn A. Viviano of the Macomb County Circuit Court, and The Honorable Lita Masini Popke of the Wayne County Circuit Court. The judges discussed how to navigate the business court and shared their perspectives on common issues, alternative dispute resolution, preliminary injunctions, and technology. BSP is proud to have BSP attorney Mike Steinberger, Director of the OCBA New Lawyers Committee, moderate the panel.
