On Friday, August 3, BSP attended the Network of Trial Law Firms’ annual Litigation Management in a New York Minute conference at The City Bar Building in New York City. Partner Stephanie Douglas presented “Verdict Vigilance: Preventing, Spotting, and Preserving Verdict-Related Issues.” She covered how to avoid and preserve issues for appeal when verdict-related issues arise.
