10.25.18 – BSP Presents at the Network of Trial Law Firms Litigation Management: In-House Counsel Facing the Music

October 25-28, the Network of Trial Law Firms hosted their Litigation Management: In-House Counsel Facing the Music. Partner Cheryl Bush served on the “Don’t You Worry ‘Bout a Thing: Crisis Management and Providing the Support Your Client Needs” panel. Cheryl, alongside in-house experts, discussed how to mange product recalls, regulatory investigations, and class action lawsuits, and how to minimize their effects on clients. The panel also provided advise to external legal advisors on effectively supporting their in-house clients in a crisis management situation.
