BSP Founding Partner Testifies on Proceedings Regarding Proposed Amendment to FRCP 30(b)(6)

On February 8, 2019, BSP Founding Partner Patrick Seyferth testified alongside industry leaders before the Advisory Committee on the Rules of Civil Procedure in Washington D.C.  Patrick testified regarding the proposed amendment and explained to the committee his belief (shared by many other leaders in the industry) that the proposed amendment would prejudice the procedural rights and trial strategy of company defendants.
