Teamwork reinforces foundation

The culture of excellence that is a hallmark of BSP reflects the founders’ vision of a specialized litigation practice where top-quality attorneys and support professionals thrive in an environment of collegiality and teamwork.

Partners and associates gained experience at several of the Midwest’s top-tier law firms and in other positions. Nine are law school honors graduates. Backgrounds include service as a Michigan Supreme Court judicial intern and U.S. District Court law clerk. Another attorney began her career as a registered nurse.

Development continues through membership and leadership roles in the Defense Research Institute, American College of Trial Lawyers, Product Liability Advisory Council, American Board of Trial Advocates, American Health Lawyers Association and other organizations.

The professional staff also is high-caliber and experienced. It includes seasoned trial and discovery legal assistants and a nationally recognized fact investigator with police training.
