- Represented product manufacturing company in a state action for breach of contract and indemnity based on prior environmental cleanup costs.
Before joining BSP, Michael clerked for the Honorable Stephen J. Murphy III, of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, and practiced commercial litigation in Grand Rapids, Michigan and political law in Washington, D.C. He also previously clerked for the Michigan Attorney General’s Office and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
Michael received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School. He received his B.A. in political science from The American University.
