David J. Ostrem, a nationally recognized traffic crash specialist with a law enforcement background, has been the firm’s lead investigator since its start. His witness interviews, evidence preservation and document research have driven favorable outcomes in dozens of high-stakes cases across the country.

Mr. Ostrem has 20 years of experience in automotive product liability matters, having worked on numerous investigations and cases on behalf major vehicle manufacturers and automotive safety system suppliers. Personal contacts have been developed with hundreds of police personnel and investigators nationwide. As a technical traffic crash investigator, he completed more than 300 hours of training and seminars. He also is a nationally certified child passenger safety technician and a member of his local Safe Kids coalition.
