Discovery Management

The Litigation Support Team represents companies in cases requiring both extensive electronic and paper discovery.  We supplement our core in-house team with vendor partners to provide technology and flexible staffing on a case-by-case basis.  With a focus on cost and quality control, our team manages Early Case Assessment (ECA) of Large Data Collections;  Document Processing and Searching; and Computer Assisted Review (CAR) or Eyes-On Document Review, as appropriate.

For document review, we recommend technology and tools to ensure quality and to afford economies-of-scale pricing.  Being “tool agnostic,” we choose what best suits our clients’ needs, not ours.

Discovery Litigation

Throughout the discovery process, BSP’s successful trial lawyers craft discovery responses with the jury in mind, while protecting our clients’ sensitive and privileged materials.  We have extensive experience with:

  • Meet and Confer Conferences
  • Protective Orders
  • Forensic Analysis
  • Claw Back Agreements
