Partners and associates gained experience at several of the Midwest’s top-tier law firms and in other positions. Attorney credentialing includes honors from the nation’s top law schools; and federal clerkships for the U.S. District Courts and the U.S. Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Development continues through membership and leadership roles in the Defense Research Institute, American College of Trial Lawyers, Product Liability Advisory Council, American Board of Trial Advocates, American Health Lawyers Association and other organizations.
BSP also employs a high-caliber and experienced professional staff. It includes seasoned trial and discovery legal assistants and a nationally recognized fact investigator with police training.
