Wendy A. Hipsky focuses her practice on discovery matters. Her background includes bankruptcy law, litigation, estate planning, and probate.

Prior to joining the BSP team, Wendy owned the Hipsky Law Office, PLLC, conveying legal principles for estate planning and probate matters. Prior, she worked as the Corporate Counsel Innovation Manager at LexisNexis. Wendy gained experience as a shared law clerk for all judges in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.

Wendy earned her J.D., cum laude, from Wayne State University Law School. While there, she served as a Law Review Managing Editor and Secretary of the Student Board of Governors. Later, she served as a President for the Wayne State University Law School Alumni Association. Wendy earned her Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Psychology, summa cum laude, from Kent State University and Associate of Applied Science in Industrial Chemical Technology from Ferris State University.

Prior to going to law school, Wendy worked for Eli Lilly in Research and Development, and for several other companies testing bioavailability and performing quantitative and qualitative chemical analyses.
