On October 23 – 26, the American Bar Association (ABA) Forum on Construction Law hosted its Fall Meeting – Building a Better Construction Industry through Inclusion, Diversity, & Professionalism. This was the first-ever summit focused on understanding the business implications of inclusion, diversity, and professionalism across the construction industry. The event included engaging debates among industry leaders and gives insights from legal experts. The meeting offered unique perspectives on risks and opportunities facing construction professionals.
