November 7-10, the Network of Trial Law Firms hosted their Mission: POSSIBLE – Winning Strategies for Litigation Management program in San Diego, CA. Member Cheryl Bush presented a roundtable discussion titled “Cracking the Code – Risk Mitigation & Litigation Considerations for the Smart Product” along with a discussion by Tom Vanderford of Hyundai Motor America. The roundtable discussion focused on the known problematic and litigious areas involving advanced technologies, including product ID, design, warnings, and post-sale responsibilities.
