John L. Mack focuses his practice on commercial and class action litigation. He has experience in complex litigation, including contract disputes and white collar investigations.
John’s pro bono work has included assisting in appeals for death row inmates in several states.
Before joining Bush Seyferth PLLC, John was a litigation associate with Fink Bressack in Bloomfield Hills, MI, and a litigation associate with Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn LLP. John also worked as a sole practitioner in Harrison Township, MI. Before returning back home to Michigan John worked at Jenner & Block in Chicago.
John received his J.D., cum laude, from the Northwestern University School of Law, where he was on the National Trial Team and also served as the Associate Editor of the Journal of Law and Social Policy. He received his undergraduate degree in Psychology from Princeton University. Prior to law school, John worked as an Associate Director of Championships at the Big Ten Conference headquarters and a Senior Associate Director of Athletics at Northwestern University.
